STATUS OF REVISIONS TO APPENDICES G AND H T010 CFR PART 50 - ANSWER TO COMMISSIONER GILINSKY'S REQUEST FOR INFORMATION In response to your memorandum of June 15,1981 (M810609A), the status of the general revision to Appendices G and H is as follows:
Public coments on the proposed rule have been resolved. The final rule, plus the abstract of comments and staff response, will be ready for Office concurrence by July 9, after which ACRS approval will be sought. The present schedule is to provide the Comission with a final rule in early calendar year 1982.
