Thank you for your letters of December 8,1981, and February 16, 1982, in response to our letters of November 16, 1981, and the undated letter requesting further information. The review of your response indicates that you will revise the following procedures or instructions to strengthen and clarify your program requirements: Quality Control Standing Instruction (QCSI) 7.2.18 and Engineering Operating Procedure (E0P)42-5.00.
Implementation of the general strengthening of program requirements for tracking, review and filing of Material Requests (!!Rs) and Purchase Orders (P0s) together with your existing program require-ments should provide the required assurance that P0s reflect all of the requirements of the applicable !!Rs.
We have no further questions at this time and will review your corrective actions and preventive measures during a future inspection.
