Dear Mr. McGaughy:
As indicated in our approval letter of November 18, 1981, approval of the Grand Gulf Nu: lear Station Security Program was contingent upon a license condition to be imposed at the time of license issuance.
We are attaching comments related to the proposed license condition as well as other matters of a minor nature identified t,y Region II inspectors.
Plan changes responsive to these coments will obviate the need for a license condition. It is requested that you respond to these comments within 30 days from receipt of this letter.
