The attached Stipulated Protective Order was N
ted in response to Intervenors' informal request for documents designated proprietary by Joseph Oat Corporation, the company fabricating the proposed racks, the subject of this proceeding.
In anticipation of Intervenors' future requests for proprietary or confidential material, Intervenors and Commonwealth Edison Company (" Commonwealth Edison") have entered into the attached Stipulated Protective Order.
Commonwealth Edison, pursuant to 10 CFR S2.740(c), hereby moves the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to enter the attached Stipulated Protective Order which will govern Commonwealth Edison's production of proprietary and con.fi-dential information.
