This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. W. P. Reichhold of this of f'u aa February 10, 1982, of activities authorized by i4RC Byproduct MaceriC License No. 12-01363-01 and to the discussion of our findings with Mr. Ie.: Mannion and members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiat':r warety and to compliance with the Commission's rules ead regulations and wiu ' M conditions of your license. The 11. spec-tion coc isted of a selectivt w w ; nation of procedures and representative records, observations, independent measuren ents, and interviews with personnel.
In addition to the above areas, the insnector examined actions described in your letter dated September 7, 1979, regarding apparent items of noncompliance found during our August 2, 15% it,pection. We have no further questions regarding these matters.
During this inspection, certain of your activities appeared to be in non-compliance with NRC requirements, as specified in the v.
