ENCLOSURE COMMENTS ON LIMERICK SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN A review of the plan indicates that minor revisions are required for the plan to be acceptable.
For ease of administration, it is suggested that revised plan pages bearing the appropriate revision number and date be submitted.
Specific Comments 1.5 Revise the first paragraph of this section to commit to implementing the plan prior to issuance of the operating license as required by the general paragraph of 10 CFR 73.55.
Event 7 Within the responsibility matrix, have the CAS Attendant notify the Shift Superintendent.
Event 9 Within the responsibility matrix, have the Shift Superintendent or Alternate
" Initiate Emergency Plan procedures, if appropriate."
