NOTICE OF VIOLATION Docket Nos.
50-245 50-336 Northeast Nuclear Energy Company EA 82-33 Millstone Nuclear Power' Station, Units 1&2 As a result of information submitted by the licensee, the following violat
- 6754, categorized in accordance with the Interim Enforcement Policy (45 FR 6 October 7, 1980), was identified:
10 CFR 50.54(s) and Appendix E to 10 CFR Part 50 (46 FR 63032, 1981) require each nuclear power reactor licensee, by February 1,1982 demonstrate,that administrative and physical means have been estab for alerting and providing prompt instructions to the public within the plume exposure pathway emergency planning zone.
