Murray SU JJE CT First Aid Teams ADMINISTRATIVE MEMORANDUM NO. 38-11 To meet the requirements of the Station Emergency Plan, its implementing procedures, cnd OSHA Standards, the following describes the-organization of, and details the manning for first aid response activities at DBNPS.

I. ORGANIZATION During Normal Working Hours During Off-Normal Working Hours

1. Station First Aid Team 2. (The duty operating shift) 1 - First Aid Team Leader FAT Leader - Assist. Shift Supervisor c 3 or more First Aid Team *3 FAT Members -

1. During Normal Working Hours - The response for First Aid Members may be utilized, as necessary. The Operating Shift, in general, will not be involved unless circumstances so dictate. --
2. During Off-Normal Working Hours, Weekends & Holidays - The Operating Shift will function as the First Aid Team.

NOTE: During the immediacy of the moment - in the absence of a First Aid Team Leader - a Team Member, who has met the qualifications for First Aid Team Leader (AD 1827.02, " Medical Treatment of Injuries", Sec. 3.7) can and should perform such function, so as to ensure prompt and proper care for the injured.
