On February 3,1982, the staff of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation completed their review of your Proposed Change No.174 dated September 1, 1981, and issued Amendirent No. 71 to License No. DPR-3 for the Yankee-Rowe Station. Based on their final review of your change, it was determined that the Class II fee which your Company paid is appropriate. Therefore, the additicnal $2,800 requested in our letters dated October 9,1981 and December 4,1981, is not due, and we consider fees for your Proposed Change No.174 to be a closed issue.
