NUCLEAR ENERGY LIABILITY INSURANCE NUCLEAR ENERGY LIABILITY INSURANCE ASSOCIATION ASSIGNMENT OF TNTEREST IN RESERVE PREMIUM REFUND It is agreed that:

Any reserve premium refund that may be retumable pursuant to the Industry Credit Rating Plan Premium Endorsement, as respects reserve premiums paid by Exelon Generation Company, LLC through December 31, 2019, is to be paid to Exelon Generation Company, LLC.

2.

Any reserve premium refund that may be returnable pursuant to the Industry Credit Rating Plan Premium Endorsement, as respects reserve premiums paid by Oyster Creek Environmental Protection, LLC and Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC on or after January l, 2020, is to be paid to Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC.

3.

Endorsement Nos. 208 and 238 are deleted.
