SUBJECT:
Close-Out Inspection for the Rockwell International Corporation, Energy Systems Group L-77 Reactor, Docket No. 50-94 Pursuant to your telephone request of January 19, 1982, we have conducted a close-out inspection of the RI L-77 Reactor Facility. The inspection report is enclosed.
Based on the findings of the inspection, including results of surveys performed, the inspector confirmed that the facility was not contaminated and the radiological conditions were as described in the licensee's report of January 6, 1982, Report of Radiation Survey of the L-77 Reactor Facility in Support of Request To Terminate Facility License R-40 And_To Release the Facility for Unrestricted Use Docket 50-94 The facility meets the contamination criteria of the Dismantling Order and of Regulatory Guide 1.86 and we concur that the facility may be released for unrestricted use.
