Dear Mr. Miner:
Florida Power Corporation's (FPC) letter dated December 15, 1980, stated that the requirements of NUREG-0737, item lit.D.3.3 have been implemented with no deviations.
Subsequent technical specification changes have been submitted to and approved by the NRC. Therefore, FPC concludes that action on the item is complete.
