Intent to File License Change Application for 3-Loop Cperation ign

My letter of Novembei 20, 1981 notified you of our intention to submit a License Change Application to permit 3-loop operation of the Trojan Nuclear Plant. Your letter of January 13, 1982 acknowledged our intention and requested we advise you of the expected date of our submittal. You also indicated that issuance of the Safety Evaluation Report (SER) for the lead plant in this matter (Beaver Valley) is expected in September 1982.
Our submittal schedule will be closely tied to the issuance of the lead plant SER. We anticipate commencing work on our application and support-ing analysis package shortly after issuance of this evaluation.
It is estimated that 15 months will be needed to complete our application package, therefore, we expect to submit our application about December 1983. Note that changes to the issue date of the lead plant SER will likely produce a similar change to our submittal schedule.
