Request for Additional Information for Byron Station Units 1 and 2 Regarding Compliance with Regulations One facet of the NRC staff review is to request verification that Byron Station Units 1 and 2 meet the applicable requirements in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Parts 20, 50 and 100. Please document the extent of your compliance of the application with the regulations. Any exceptions must be justified and approved by the NRC staff.

To maintain our licensing review schedule for Byron, we will need a resoonse to this request by February 21, 1982. If you cannot meet this date, please inform us within seven days after receipt of this. letter of tha date you plan to submit your responses so that we may review or schedule for any necessary changes.
