Confiming discussions with your staff, permission is requested for Richard J. Clark, Jr., the NRR Browns Ferry Project Manager, to visit the Browns Ferry site on March 9,10 and 11,1982. The primary purpose is to become more familiar with plant operations and.

outage activities to provide better support to your requested licensing activities. Two activities that Mr. Clark would like to observe are fuel handling operations and the torus modifications performed on Unit 3 during the current outage. The above dates were suggested by your staff to fit in with the Unit 3 outage schedule.
