Dear Mr. Bauer:

MConner By letter dated Novenber 5,1981, additional information was provided to us which formally resolved the outstanding deviations from liUREG-0737 Itans II.F.1.1 and II.F.1.2 regarding effluent monitoring at the Peach Bottom Station Units 2 and 3 We conclude that the additional infomation satisfactorily resolves the staff concerns on design and tnplementation which resulted from your previous submittal, dated December 22, 1980.

The November 5,1981 letter stated that the projected completion date for these items is June 30, 1982, flUREG-0737 requested completion by January 1,1982.

The Commission will be reviewing all requests for delays in implementation of all NUREG-0737 items. Upon completion of their review we will infom you of their decision related to your request and any other schedule revisions.
