In escordance uith Section V, "Inplercenting Procedures", of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, ve are subaitting three copies of the detailed Inplenenting Procedures for the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Units 1 and 2 Energency Plan.. Ingluded are Procedure On-the-Spot Changes ubich represent approved changes not yet incorporated through a revision of the affected procedure. Concurrently, ten copies of each are being silbaitted to I:r. Harold R. Denton.
Ilithin all copies of the procedures being subnitted there is privacy and/or propr*ctcry infomation. This has been bracketed in accordance with !!RC deneric Letter I!o. 81-27. A listing of the bracketed infornation is attached.
