l February 10, 1982 FOR AFFIRMATION FEBRUARY 11, 1982 SECY-82 AMENDMENTS TO PARTS 1 AND 2 TO IMPLEMENT THE COMMISSION'S DELEGATION OF OL ANTITRUST DETERMINATION TO DIRECTORS OF NRR AND NMSS The Commission is being asked to approve publication of a final rule delegating authority to make OL Antitrust "significant changes" determination to the~ Directors of NRR and NMSS.
All Commissioners have approved the final rule.
Commissioners Gilinsky and Bradford indicated that they would have preferred a 60 day time period for public comments.
