This is an affirmation session and we will ask the 4

The first item is SECY-81-600A, General 6

Statement of Policy and Procedure for Enforcement Actions in which the Commission is b'eing asked to approve a general policy 7

statement and procedure for enforcement actio'ns which tells the g

licensees and the public of the bases for taking various actions.

g The policy statement you are being asked to address 10 was circulated to you on the 10th.

All Commissioners have approved the policy statement.

It. conta' ins additional views by Commissioner Roberts.

Is there also going to be a 16 staff requirements memo?

There is a staff requirements memo which 18 I think generally has been approved, but we want to circulate -a lo clean version of it so that all of you can see it.
