This revision I revises the Oyster Creek Emergency Plan in its entirety.

'Ihis subnittal also fulfills the requirment of 10 CFR 50.54 (q) which requ1res subnittal of Emergency Plan changes to the NBC. 'Ihree copies of the revised plan have been provided to the regional Office of Inspection and Enforcenent.
