Dear Judges:
Attached are two papers:
(1) the joint Staff /LILCO compilation of contentions requested by your Memorandum and Order of February 8, 1982, and (2) LILCO's response to the 31 Suffolk County contentions filed on February 16, 1982, and attached to Patricia Dempsey's letter of February 15 to Judge Brenner.
These 31 contentions are the County Contentions included in the attached compilation (to the exclusion of all other formulations advanced by the County over the past five years;.
Logistical constraints have prevented Staff counsel from personally signing the attached compilation of con-tentions.
The Staff participated fully in its development, however, and Mr. Bordenick has authorized me to sign the document on his behalf.
