He have determined that Revision 5. November 1981, meets the requirements of 10 CFR 73.37 and accordingly is approved.

The revised Spent Fuel Transportation Plan attached to your December 2,1981 letter contains Safeguards Information which must be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
