A This is to confirm the arrangements for interviews of Zion plant personnel concerning our investigation into allegations of drug use etc..
Attached you will find a list of names and a schedule we believe is both reasonable and achievable and needed to complete the major portion of our activitics.
We are providing you this list in advance so that you can make all needed arrangements to ensure that the investigation is completed in an expedi-tious manner. Our investigators will be at the site on the days listed' ready to complete the interview process. We are prepared to work whatever hours needed to complete our work. We request that you confirm the avail-ability of attorneys and listed personnel during the days indicated.
In the event that problems arise in obtaining signed statements, which cannot be readily resolved, I have instructed my investigators to note the specific reasons for the refusal to sign the statements and proceed without their being signed. We will then determine the appropriate action.
Finally, we wish to emphasize the importance of the cooperation needed on the part of all parties involved in accomplishing the completion of this most important investigation.
Should you have any questions regarding this schedule or should you become aware of any scheduling problems or other impediments that may affect a delay in the process, please notify us by telephone immediately.
