If there are any deviations from this plan, you nust notify us promptly.
As you are aware, the rule change, as approved by the Comnission Decenber 17, 1981, which changed the imple entation deadline to February 1,1982, also provides that the four-ronth period for correction of deficiencies does not apply to the initial installation of the systens.
