This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated October 22,4981pr,espon; ding to the Notice of Violation, dated September 22, 1981, for failurntoLaset'the July 1, 1981 deadline for a prompt notification system.
Your response takes exception to our concern about full and frank information on the status of your compliance with the NRC regulation requirement for a prompt notification system for your Lacrosse facility.
In general you have been responsive in keeping the NRC informed.
However, as stated in our letter of September 22, 1981 we believe that written notification should have been given prior to July 1, 1981.
In view of the Commission extension of the July 1, 1981 date, no further action will be taken on the September 22, 1981 Notice of Violation.
