This transmits inspection findings by Mr. L. Narrow at the Susquehanna Steam

Electric Station, Units 1 and 2. Salem Township, Pennsylvania. Those findings
were based on document reviews, interviews, and observation of activities, and
have been discussed with Mr. R. A. Beckley of your staff.
No violations of NRC requirements were found. No reply is required.
This transmittal will be made public unless you contact us and apply in writing
for withholding within 10 and 30 days, respectively, of the date of this letter.
Such application must be consistent with 10 CFR 2.790(b)(1).
