Enclosed are three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of a proposed change request No. 63 to the Beaver Valley Power Station Technical Specification Appendix A.

This proposed Technical Specification change requests that Table 3.3-10 be modified as shown in the attachment to this letter. The proposed Table 3.3-10 reflects the fire detection instruments that have been added to the station.

Safety Evaluation The purpose of this modification is to include the fire detection instruments that have been added to the station during the 1980 refueling outage.

The OSC and ORC have reviewed this proposed change to the Technical Specifications and have determined that there are no unreviewed safety implications associated with th',s change and that this change does not constitute an unreviewed safety question.

We have determined this to be a Class III change request and a check for $4,000 will be submitted under separate cover in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22.
