Dear Mr. Collins:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section IV, Paragraph V, thir-teen (13) copies of changes to the Fort Calhoun Station Radiological Emergency Response Plan are being provided to the Commission.
Three (3) copies (for control copy numbers 154,155, and 156) are provided to your office. Ten (10) copies (for control copy numbers 157 through 166) have been provided to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation. A trans-mittal sheet is provided for each copy to confinn receipt of the serialized document.
It is requested that these sheets be completed and returned within five (5) days of receipt.
The plan revisions were made in response to significant appraisal finding 2, resulting from IE Inspection Report 81-35, concerning account-l ability and control in owner controlled areas during site evacuation.
