Thank you for your letter of January 4,1981, in response to our letter and
attached Notice of Violation dated December 7, 1981.
Enclosed is a revision (1/18/82) to page 2 of NRC Inspection 50-112/81-01
incorporating your corrections as appropriate.
Your comments are acknowledged.
The processing of your license renewal has been discussed with NRR.
A
copy of your January 4, 1982, letter is being forwarded directly to NRR.
If we can be of assistance in this matter, please contact us.
We concur
that the Reactor Director as a user is subject to the same rules as any other
user and that adherence to the rules should preclude any concern.
We understand that in reference to your reply to Violation 2, as discussed by
Mr. Constable of this office with Dr. Terrell of your staff on January 15,
1982, your intent is to meet the present Requalification Program pending
approval of the revision to the program which you plan to submit to the NRC by
May 1, 1982.
We have no further questions at this time and will review your corrective
actions during a future inspection.
