Dear Mr. Barton:
We have reviewed your proposed revision to the THI-2 Organization Plan as discussed in your letter of October 8,1981 (LL2-81-0239). On September 14, 1981 (LL2-81-0202) you also requested that organizational changes be made to the Proposed Technical Specifications to reflect that GPU Nuclear Corporation be added as a licensee for THI-2 and replace Metropolitan Edison as the licensee authorized to operate TMI-2. The latter request (Amendment 18) was approved on December 30, 1981 by the NRC with an effective date of January 1,1982 for change implementation.
Therefore since the subject request is consistent with the already approved Technical Specification change, we concur with your modification of the Organizational Plan, effective imediately.
