PERSONNEL CHANGES REQUIRING REPORTING No personnel changes that require reporting in accordance with Technical Specification Figure 6.2-2 were made in January,1982.

SUMMARY

OF CHANGES IN ACCORDANCE WITH 10 CFR 50.59(b) 1.

This analysis involved no plant change, but instead examined the safety implications of the use of the Polar Crane during non-refueling plant outages.

2.

Provided a radiation monitoring system capable of detecting an increase in activity associated with a small leak in the primary system. The addition of this monitoring unit provides information that the operator can use to confirm that a LOCA has occurred.
