LEADERSHIP KEYS, INC., FARMINGTON HILLS, MICHIGAN LICENSE NO. 21-19874-01 Attached for your information is a list showing the names and addresses of persons to whom the subject licensee shipped gunsights containing hydrogen-3 prior to issuance of their NRC license on January 25, 1982.
The list was submitted with the licensee's letter dated January 25, 1982 which was their response to a Notice of Violation from this office on December 30, 1981.
