Dear Sir:
Your letter of December 16, 1981, forwarded IE Inspection Report No. 50-206/81-36 and a Notice of Violation resul'.ing from the September 28-October 2, October 19-23, and November 4-5, 1981, routine radioactive waste and effluer.t treatment systems surveillance.
Our response dated January 15, 1982, to the citations attached to your letter identified above indicated for item D that the report covering the radioactive contents of effluents released to the unrestricted area and shipment of solid waste during the period January 1 through July 1, 1981, would be resubmitted in corrected form by January 31, 1982.
The data requiring reverification prior to completion of this report has demanded more study than we originally anticipated. Accordingly, we will not complete the report on our original schedule and we now expect to forward this report to you before February 19, 1982.
