NRC Inspection at Headquarters Site and Santa Susanna Field Laboratory This refers to a routine safety inspection conducted by 'tessrs. W. J. Cooley and P. R. Zurakowski of this office on December 7-10, 1931, of activities authorized by NRC License No. SNM-21, and to the discussions of our findings held by W. Cooley and P. Zurakowski with members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective exaninations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified within the scope of this inspection.

must be accompanied by an affidavit executed by the owner of the information which identifies the document or part sought to be withheld, and which contains a full statement of the basis on which it is claimed that the infomation should be withheld fro:n public disclosure. This section further requires the statement to address with specificity the considerations-listed in 10 CFR 2.79D(b)(4). The infomation sought to be withheld shall be incorporated as far as possible into a separate part of the affidavit.
