As a result of the inspectio6 conducted on January 15, 1982, and in accord-ance with the' Interim Enfor. cement Folicy, 45 FR 66754 (October 7,.1980),

License Condition No. 14 requires that-licensed material be possessed s
and used in accordance with the statements, representations, and_ pro-cedures, contained in.certain referenced applications and letters.
The referenced _ letter dated Novem6pr 8,1977, states that personnel s

Contrary to the above., a technician who was: substituting in nuclear medicine, and who made at least two; injections of radiopharmaceuticals on Janaury 15, 1982, was not wearing nor had been assigned a whole bydy film' badge or a TLu finger badge,i a
