Dear Chairman Bloch:
Ohio Citisens for Responsible Energy ("0CRE") has the following questions for the Staff and/or Applicant regarding the RPV and associated piping integrity.
OCRE understands that this topic is not currently subject to formal discovery.
Thus these questions and requests are propounded on an informal basis. OCRE hopes responses thereto will be forthcoming.
First, did Applicant respond to IIRC Generic Letter 81-03 and IIUREG-03137 If so, could OCRE please have a copy of same?
l Decond, does Applicant have a program of IGSCC (intergranular stress corrosion l
cracking) mitigation at present? If so could OCRE have a copy of same?
l OCRE's attention was brought to this matter by the response of Pennsylvania Power & Light to the above-mentioned Generic Letter, dated September. 15, 1981.
OCRE appreciate the Board's cooperation in this matter.
