Dear Sir:
PSNH filed an application to construct and operate Seabrook Station Unit 1 and Unit 2 on March 30, 1973. This joint application was subsequently amended (Amendment 43, docketed Oc tober 5,1981) to submit the Seabrook FSAR, ER, a nd General and Financial Information, thus, initiating the operating license review.
PSNH does not intend to construct additional nuclear power plants and, the re f o re, will not file applications of the type you have specified in your letter.
