This letter is to confirm the rescheduling of the enforcement conference originally scheduled for January 22, 1982. This conference will be conducted with Mr. Taylor and other members of your staff at 10:00 a.m. on February 11, 1982, at our Regional Office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The purpose of this enforcement conference is (1) to discuss potential NRC actions relative to the March 16, 1981, event involving operation on the main steam bypass valve at power, (2) to discuss potential NRC actions relative to the December 23, 1981, event involving loss of offsite power and unintentional cooldown of a recirculation loop, and (3) to discuss your corrective actions related to those events.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this enforcement conference.
