This is in response to R. C. Lewis' December 10, 1981 letter to H.
G,. Parris, Report Nos. 50-259/81-34, 50-260/81-34, 50-296/81-34, concerning activities at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant which appeared to be in violation of NRC requirements. Enclosed is our response to Appendix A Notice of Violation.
Our response contains physical security information that is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR Part 2.790.
We, therefore, request that the enclosed response, along with the December 10, 1981, inspection report, not be placed in the Public Document Room.
