By the letter dated January 25, 1982, Mr. Dale Holtzscher, Chairman of the.LRG-II Working Group, provided Mr. Howard Faulkner,.NRR Project Manager for LRG-II, with position papers on thirteen of the fifty-six presently identified LRG-II issues.
As you know, Illinois Power Company is a member of the LRG-II.
We would like to advise you, in accordance with the practices developed by NRR and the LRG-II, that Illinois Power Company hereby incorporates. twelve of the thirteen position papers provided in Mr. Holtzscher's January 25, 1982, letter into the Clinton Power Station OL application.
For specificity, this January 25, 1982, letter provides information p
on the LRG-II issues identified in the following. manner:
i 4-RSB l-AEB l-GIB 5-RSB 5-ICSB 2-MEB 13-RSB 6-ICSB 3-MEB 2-CPB 7-ICSB l-MTEB l-HFS, Rev. 1 Illinois Power is not incorporating the LRG-II position paper on issue 1-GIB into our application since we made a plant-unique submittal on this subject on October 23, 1981.
When subsequent LLG-II position papers are developed. and provided to NRR, we intend to incorporate them in similar fashion.
