Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
On January 6, 1982 your staff was notified that class H piping in the Fire Protection System in Diesel / Generator room 1A was discovered to have been routed above one Nuclear Safety Related essential cable and instrument panel, violating criteria regarding non-seismic pipe interaction with Nuclear Safety Related equipment. Pursuant to T.S.6.9.1.12(1), Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/82-01 was to have been submitted by January 20, 1982. Severe weather conditions have hampered investigation of this inci-dent, and at this time all of the required information is not yet available.
The complete report will be submitted by February 3, 1982.
