50-306 DPR-60 FG License Amendment Request Dated February 1, 1982 Revised Airlock Leakage Technical Specification Attached are three originals and 37 conformed copies of a request for a change in Technical Specifications, Appendix A, of Operating Licenses DPR-42 and 60.
Also attached is one copy of the License Amendment class determinat ion and a check in the amount of $4400 for the amendment fee.
The proposed Technical Specification changes will revise the Technical Specification on allowable airlock leakage. A change in the design of shaf t seals used in the Prairie Island airlocks requires a higher allowable leakage.
Exhibit A contains the proposed change, reasons for change, and safety evaluation.
Exhibit B contains revised Technical Specification pages showing the proposed change.
