Dear Sir:
Reference is made to Inspection No. 50-29/81-12, which was conducted by your Mr. R. H. Ladun on July 20 - 24, 1981 at the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee Rowe) in Rowe, Massachusetts. The report made subsequent to that inspection identified three items which were not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements. In accordance with 2.201'of the NRC's " Rules and Practices" Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, we hereby submit in Attachment A, the action taken on these items. This information is considered proprietary and should be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR2.790.
