ROD BLOCK MONITORS ON LASALLE Q-t.IST It was brought to our attention that the rod block monitors for LaSalle are not on the Q-list. Since you do take credit for the rod block monitor to prevent local fuel damage for the rod withdrawal error at power, we require that the rod block monitor be subject to the pertinent provisions of Commonwealth Edison's quality assurance program and be listed on LaSalle's Q-list.
