Dear Mr. Denton:
We are forwarding in accordance with Appendix E to 10CFR50,13 copies (10 to the NRR and 3 to IAE) of revisions to our Emergency Plan Innlementing Procedures and Corporate Plan Implementing Procedures. These revisions are being nade to correct deficiencies identified during the Energency Preparedness Appraisal.
My letter of October 29, 1981, to Mr. Richard Lavins, requested that you delay placing our Corporate Plan Implementing Procedures in the Public Document Roon until we could resubmit sections that we consider proprietary in nature. These revisions have been included as part of this submittal.
Information considered proprietary to Iowa Electric has been marked with red brackets, as specified in Mr. Eisenhut's letter of July 9, 1981.
This submittal only raquests withholding home telephone numbers and utility numbers not listed in the Public Telephone Directory.
l We therefore request that you substitute this latest revision for any previous ones.
Ilpon completion of this, we no longer have an objection to having our Corporate Plan Implementing Procedures placed in the Public Document Room.
