Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

Significant Deficiency Report SD 413-414/81-01 concerning possible rapid and/or premature wear of the turbocharger thrust bearings stated that a final response would be provided by January 1, 1982. At this time, tests are still ongoing. It is now anticipated that the analysis of the results of this testing will be submitted in a final response by April 30, 1982.
