This is in response to your letter dated September 22, 1981, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, ten referenced items on degraded core cooling.
Please find enclosed the documents listed on Appendix A.
A search of the files in pertinent NRC offices did not reveal a memo from Norberg to Medeiros, dated November 3,1980. We are, however, enclosing the Sandia Contract entitled, " Core Damage Accident Flow Path," which is related to your request. Also, no written response was prepared by E. Wenzinger to Medeiros' November 24, 1980 memo. The response was an oral exchange between the two parties.
This completes NRC's action on your request.
