Generic Letter 81-01 dated May 4,1981, requested from the utilities a statement of comitnent to met the positions of Regulatory-Guides 1.58, Revision 1, and 1.146 or to provide an alternative rethod of complying with 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, regarding qualification of inspection, exanination, and testing and audit personnel.
