It has been brought to our attention tnat miittary fij:hter type aircraft have been observed 1 nautical nile from the plar.: but re:oced as everflying it by plant personnel.

Regulatory Co riission and military officials and has pre:1pitated redefinition of the cilitary airspace boundaries.

Effectin Wadiately, an additienal "Nc Fly" area will be established specifically Arcur.d the Big F.c:k Point Nue: lear Peser Station.
This area will be 2 nauti:a1 miles in radius with a ceiling of 1500ft above ground l e vel.
As centioned, this will be in adcition :: the ".No Fly" area around Charlevoix, MI.

This new area will be briefed to each airers-orier to flying in the Wolverins MJA.
Aircrews frem other units will be briefec oy this unit in acecrdan:e with established military procedures.
