We have received a copy of your application dated December 3,1931, which was filed with the Office of fluclear Reactor Regulation (0!iRR) for review.
This application proposed certain Technical Specification changes related to definition of equipment comprhing R!lR containment cooling loop for Quad Cities Units 1 and 2.
Fees 9umaant to 10 CFR 170.22 were not received with your application although your application stated that a fee remittance in the amount of $4,400.00 was provided.
Based on information provided by the O!1RR staff as the result of their preliminary review of your application, it has been detemined that the Class III ($4,000) and Class I ($400) fees are appropriate for this applica-tion, since the review involves consideration of a single safety issue and a duplicate unit. Therefore, you should remit the sum of $4,400 to this office.
If the ONRR staff's final review of this application reveals that this fee is not correct, you will be notified and any necessary adjustment will be made.
